From Aug 29, 2026, Belarus will enforce changes to Order No. 239, regulating heavy and oversized vehicles on toll roads. New limits set permissible total and axle masses for such vehicles, including separate figures for three‑axle tractors with three‑axle semi‑trailers. Additionally, toll calculations will now consider not only violations of special permit conditions but also route deviations. These changes aim to simplify and clarify transport operations along Eurasian corridors.
