As of September 1, about 850,000 vehicles are registered in Minsk. Of these, 33,000 are electric vehicles: passenger cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Over the first eight months of this year, the increase amounted to 8,000. This was reported by the Minsk State Traffic Inspectorate.

Regarding charging stations for such transport, they are installed according to appropriate plans after studying sections of the road network and identifying locations where these stations are relevant and in demand.

A year has passed since the amendment to the traffic regulations: how many personal mobility devices (SPMs) have been registered as mopeds during this time?

— The first such registration in Minsk was recorded in the first two weeks after the amendments came into force. Currently, the city has registered 311 vehicles that, based on their technical specifications, have been classified as mopeds, — the State Traffic Inspectorate reported.
