During this harvest season at OAO "Krasny Partizan," three crews have threshed over a thousand tons of grain. No matter how much progress marches forward, the foundation of any agricultural enterprise has always been its people. Their responsible attitude toward their work, professionalism, and diligent labor make a significant contribution to the farm's development. When a team combines experience with youthful energy, there is no need to worry about its future. A prime example is the workers of OAO "Krasny Partizan" — Andrei Onishchuk and his sons Dmitry and Denis.

The family crew of combine operators Andrei and Dmitry Onishchuk is no stranger to harvest campaigns. It is not their first time becoming leaders of the harvest and receiving congratulations on reaching the thousand-ton threshing milestone. Denis Onishchuk, who works as an agronomist, is also held in high regard at the farm.

Andrei Nikolaevich once continued the Onishchuk family dynasty at OAO "Krasny Partizan." "My grandparents, and then my parents, worked here. Now my sons work alongside me. So this is the third and fourth generation of the family," he says.

For the fourth season, the experienced machine operator heads out to harvest grain together with his son Dima on a Gomselmash combine. After the harvest is completed, he switches to a tractor and begins preparing feed, then comes the corn harvest... There is no time to rest — such is the rhythm of work in agriculture.

"This harvest season, of course, the heat was wearing us down. The air conditioning in the cab was a great help. Last season, there was too much rain, and it was difficult to get into the field. But no matter the weather, the grain must be harvested. We work toward results as a team together with driver Stepan Gorkavchuk. We already understand each other with half a word," said Andrei Nikolaevich.

Dmitry Onishchuk is 22 years old. He graduated from the Belarusian Agricultural Academy in Gorki and came to work at his home farm under a targeted placement program. He can no longer imagine summer without a combine and the grain field. He admits there is a competitive spirit, and a decent wage also plays an important role.

"Since childhood, my father took me with him to the field, and I was always interested in it. At first, it was unusual to operate such powerful machinery. I remember the first time I sat behind the wheel of a combine — the feelings are indescribable. I believe the hardest part of the harvest is not the heat or the early mornings, but preparing and keeping the equipment in order — every working day began with that, otherwise breakdowns and downtime are inevitable," he recalls.

Every minute during the grain harvest is worth its weight in gold, so they headed out to the field early in the morning and worked until the dew fell. In this year's harvest, the family crew once again threshed more than a thousand tons of grain. Incidentally, Denis Onishchuk received the harvest gathered from the fields at the grain drying facility.

When asked whether he sees himself in agriculture in the future, Dmitry Onishchuk confidently says yes. "I've gotten into the work. I like to see the results of my labor," he adds. Moreover, Dmitry not only loves his work but also showcases it in an interesting way to others. His videos filmed in the field rack up thousands of views and likes on TikTok.

OAO "Krasny Partizan" is interested in having young personnel come and stay with the farm. They offer an attractive benefits package and housing, and they encourage initiative and worthy work performance from their employees.

"We try to cultivate the next generation starting from school, encouraging the kids to pick agricultural professions and return to the farm to work. For example, it has already become a tradition that, for Knowledge Day, our agricultural enterprise gives backpacks to first-graders of the Lukovskaya secondary school. We also pay scholarships to schoolchildren for good grades, and during the harvest season the kids work part-time for us at the grain cleaning facility, gaining their first work experience," said Denis Telipko, director of OAO "Krasny Partizan."

The farm has its own established labor dynasties, with married couples working together. They value capable and responsible workers. After all, behind every liter and kilogram produced on the farm or in the field lies the hard and painstaking labor of the entire team.
