Fuel prices in Belarus to rise from September 2

Starting September 2, 2026, the maximum permissible retail prices for all types of automotive fuel at gas stations in Belarus will increase by one kopeck, affecting AI-92, AI-95, AI-98 gasoline grades and diesel fuel. The corresponding decision was made by the Belneftekhim concern, and the new prices will take effect on the first business day of autumn.

According to the published data, starting September 2, 2026, the maximum permissible retail fuel prices will be as follows: AI-92 gasoline will cost 2.61 rubles per liter, AI-95 — 2.71 rubles, AI-98 — 2.93 rubles.
Diesel fuel will also rise in price to 2.71 rubles per liter.
The price change has been fixed at one kopeck, which, according to expert estimates, is the minimum step within the framework of the planned adjustment of petroleum product costs.
The concern explained that this decision was made due to changes in market conditions and the current economic situation.
Thus, car owners should take into account the new fuel prices when planning their expenses.
