Yesterday an open auction took place for the sale of apartments in the new building called “Vera,” built at 32 Vera Khorozhay Street. Fifteen apartments were listed, eleven of which successfully found their owners. How the starting prices rose and how the bidding went, Onlíner reported in “Stroytrast №35.”

The “Vera” building was constructed near Komarovka, the legendary “kukuruz” and the “Reaktor” club. Construction began in 2024 on the site of demolished two‑story houses and was completed in June 2026. The developer “Stroytrast №35” decided to sell apartments and parking spaces through an auction. How did they determine their value?

— The appraisal of the apartments was carried out by a relevant organization. Specialists calculated the market value of the housing taking into account prices in houses located in this area, — said a developer representative.

In the smallest one‑room apartment, freed from a parking spot, the “square” was valued at 6,723 rubles. Thus the

The recent “fight” over square meters is only the beginning. After all, the building was designed with 149 residential units ranging from 35.4 to 79.9 square meters. So in the near future the next auction will be announced, in which they will try to find buyers for another 23 apartments.

At the moment these apartments are being appraised. Their price will be refined taking into account the changed dollar exchange rate, noted Naum Borisovich.
