Work is in full swing. The facility is at the initial stage of construction, but the pace is impressive. Currently, demolition of old structures is being completed. At the same time, bricklaying and plastering work is underway. Also, the elevator shaft is being concreted — having an elevator will make the institution fully accessible for visitors with limited mobility.

In parallel, builders are preparing to install facade thermal insulation to ensure a comfortable microclimate in classrooms and rehearsal halls. In the near future, work will begin on dismantling old and installing new premises, updating the roof, and subsequently glazing the building.

Despite the scale of the tasks, the contracting organization ensures coordinated work of all crews so that young musicians and artists can as soon as possible obtain a modern space for creativity.
