Construction of new homes has begun near Uruchye. Within the boundaries of Independence Avenue and Kursant Gviishiani Street, three residential high-rises will be built. The developer is UKS Zavodskogo District, which means that the future apartments will traditionally go to those on the waiting list.

The new buildings will be located between a cluster of car dealerships and the Marmelad residential complex. Recall that previously, a long-stalled construction project was located on this site, which was supposed to be transformed into a shopping and entertainment center, but ultimately remained mothballed. The developer went bankrupt, and the land was transferred to the city.

The foundation of the first high-rise is ready. The installation of the first floor will begin any day now. House No. 2, although it started later, is not lagging behind: its foundation is also nearing completion. The third house is also under construction: the pile field is ready, and the next step is the pouring of monolithic grillage.

All three 19-story buildings will be of the basic M111-90 series. The development of the site is being carried out comprehensively: simultaneously with the construction of the houses, the utilities and landscaping are also being worked on.

It is known that each high-rise will have a bike box and a waste disposal area. A charging station for three electric vehicles, two children's playgrounds, and a sports zone with three courts will be shared facilities. The first thing being built is a flat parking lot on the side of Independence Avenue, but there will be more, Minskstroy clarifies.
