Cultivating planting material in both greenhouse and open ground is a high‑technology foundation of modern forest restoration. This process allows for almost 100 % survival of young trees. In the greenhouses of the Lyoevsky forest enterprise, built in 2022, a new life is sprouting for millions of spruces, birches, and oaks that, after decades, will become the green lungs of our region.

Here, on a small patch of greenhouse farm, a crew of auxiliary workers—Galina Poznyakova, Igor Sergeenko, and Oksana Katysheva—work day after day.
