Russia and KНDR to very soon launch direct automobile traffic across the bridge

The bridge between Russia and the DPRK, as well as the Khasan automobile checkpoint, are planned to be opened in the near future. This was announced in an interview with TASS on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum by the head of the Russian Ministry of Transport, Andrey Nikitin.

According to the minister, the emergence of direct automobile communication between the countries will optimize logistics, will allow increasing the volume of mutual trade and reduce transportation costs for entrepreneurs.
