Employees of the student squad in the Krichivsky district were not paid wages: the prosecutor’s office intervened
cherikovnews.by September 9, 2026 10:07 Employees of the student squad in the Krichivsky district received their wages only after intervention by the prosecutor’s office, BELTA reports, citing the information service of the Mogilev region prosecutor’s office.
The fact that one of the district’s agricultural organizations violated the deadlines for final settlement when terminating the participation of the student squad members was discovered by the prosecutor’s office during supervisory activities for compliance with legislation. It turned out that ten employees of the student squad, among the student youth, were not paid wages in August 2026, amounting to a total of more than 3.4 thousand rubles.
The guys, including nine minors, from August 18 to 31 performed auxiliary work in the agricultural organization in accordance with the terms of the labor contracts they had signed. After the labor contracts expired on August 31, 2026, the student squad members were dismissed, and they were handed their employment books. However, the final settlement was not carried out on the day of dismissal, and the wages accrued to them were not paid.
The prosecutor of the Krichivsky district issued a directive to the enterprise’s manager, demanding that the outstanding debt be settled immediately. The supervisory act was fully complied with, and the student squad members received their wages in full.
