The primary trade union organization of the Open Joint-Stock Company "Stroytrust No. 3 of the Order of the October Revolution" expresses its concern regarding this issue and requests the Presidium of the Minsk City Committee of the Trade Union of Construction and Building Materials Industry Workers to appeal to higher authorities for the purpose of providing an explanation and resolving the raised issue.

We inform you that to this day, the primary trade union organization of OJSC "Stroytrust No. 3 of the Order of the October Revolution" has been continuously monitoring the situation at the enterprise, and the outflow of personnel was directly linked to the employer's inability to increase wages due to the cost of one person-hour in the estimate rates.

We request that a demand be made to revoke Decree No. 39 of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus dated June 24, 2019.
