A solemn ceremony took place in Krasny Bereg of Zhlobin district, at the Kozell-Poklevsky estate. This is already the fifth graduating class of the project. 28 participants received certificates, many of whom will soon head agricultural enterprises.

Among those who personally received the certificate of graduate of the School of Young Managers of the Agro-Industrial Complex was Aleksey Mikhailovich Poladyev, deputy director for production of JSC 'Nemki', a graduate of the School of Young Managers.

The governor thanked the participants of all five graduating classes and those who stood at the origins of the project. Over five years it has evolved from a personnel experiment into a full-fledged system for training managers, proving its viability. Many graduates have taken the helm of farms. Some have achieved serious success. For example, Maksim Chikunov, who headed JSC 'Nemki' of Vetkov district.

"Managing a team is no easy task. An agro-industrial complex leader must be clear, understanding, and fair. The most important thing is to be able to answer for the team, learn to make decisions, and monitor the fulfillment of tasks," said the regional head.

"May everything work out for you — both in production and in life," wished Ivan Krupo.
