In 2026, a targeted inspection campaign "Together for Safe Transportation" was conducted to ensure the safety of passenger and cargo transportation, as well as to strengthen control over compliance by manufacturers of transportation works and services with legislation in the field of transportation activities when organizing and performing passenger and cargo transportation. During these events, particular attention was paid to the technical condition of vehicles, the availability of mandatory insurance contracts, the external and internal design of vehicles, the compliance of drivers with legislative requirements, the norms of vehicle capacity when performing passenger transportation, and the observance by drivers of the work and rest regime.

Employees of the regional department of automobile and weight-dimensional control in the city of Pinsk of the automobile transport control management of the Transport Inspection branch in the Brest region, during the exercise of control over compliance with legislation during passenger transportation by taxi cars using control registration of orders, on September 17, 2026, identified another "illegal taxi driver" who in September of this year was engaged in illegal entrepreneurial activity for passenger transportation. An administrative process has been initiated against the offender.

The vehicle, which is the instrument of the administrative offense, has been seized, recognized as material evidence, and placed in a guarded parking lot. Whether the car will be confiscated will be determined by the court.
