In OOO "Gomellet", the Assistant to the President familiarized himself with the enterprise's production capacities, sanitary-hygienic conditions, as well as the construction of a new hay barn for rest and a modern technological line for its processing, reports the district newspaper "Avantgard".

The new hay barn is capable of accommodating approximately 3 thousand tons of valuable raw material, which will allow the enterprise to have access to raw materials year-round at walking distance, excluding transport costs, for production.

Using its own forces, the enterprise has reconfigured the space for installing a new short-stalk cottonization line intended for making yarn and threads. Currently, equipment has been purchased and installed, and commissioning work is underway. The new line will enable more in-depth processing of hay bales, obtaining quality raw material that will be supplied for export.

Among the tasks assigned to the enterprise management:

• to bring order to the sheep farm
• to organize machinery storage
• to complete the pressing of hay bales and their removal from fields to storage within the shortest possible time

One of the points of the work program was a visit to DMB "Radeyevo" of OOO "Experimental Base 'Penchin'". The Assistant to the President inspected the progress of the calf infirmary construction, the living conditions, and feeding of both young stock and adult cattle herds.

Yuri Valetavy ordered in the shortest time to correct the identified deficiencies in terms of calf feeding rations, the sorting of newborn calves, herd sanitation, and the sanitary condition of milking equipment.
