A working meeting was held at the Zhabinkovsky District Executive Committee to review the detailed plan of the territory of a new microdistrict, the construction of which is envisaged in the general development plan of the satellite town of Zhabinka.

The new construction will be located in the area of the Shchegliki microdistrict – beyond the bridge towards the M1 highway. It is one of the promising sites that, in the coming five-year period, should become a new stage in the city's development. The project envisages comprehensive development of the territory: about 30 residential houses, social infrastructure facilities, educational institutions, trade and commercial premises.

The main task is to create not just a new residential area, but a full-fledged space where people will find it convenient to live, work, raise children, and spend their leisure time. During the meeting, specialists from the design organization presented the detailed development plan of the territory and outlined the proposed architectural and planning solutions. Representatives of the interested services and organizations of the district took part in the discussion, considering issues of engineering provision, transport accessibility, landscaping, and further implementation of the project.
