The summer graduate placement campaign has significantly replenished the staff reserve of the Open Joint-Stock Company "Stroytrust No. 3 of the Order of the October Revolution": dozens of young specialists have joined the team. Among them are 17 graduates of universities and secondary specialized educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus. They include construction engineers who completed their pre-diploma practice in the trust's subdivisions and have now begun working independently.

Young specialists are getting involved in the production process at all stages—from working with estimate and contract documentation to organizing construction and installation work. They work under the careful guidance of mentors, and their professional stories serve as a vivid illustration of the continuity of generations within the collective. And who said that construction isn't a woman's job? Graduates of BNTU and the Polotsk State University are ready to convincingly refute this stereotype.

Alina Chechura: "The construction profession is my conscious choice"

It seems like just yesterday, the Sologorchanka Alina Chechura was holding her cherished construction engineer diploma, and today she is already gaining her first professional experience.

Alina graduated from the construction faculty of BNTU with a degree in "Industrial and Civil Construction" and, through placement, joined the company as an estimate engineer in the Department of Foreign Economic Relations, Contract Tenders, and Marketing of the Directorate's apparatus.

"I always knew that medicine, teaching, wasn't for me; I'm not a humanities person," Alina told the online publication str3.by. "I prefer exact sciences; I attended a specialized 'Mathematics-Physics' class, and I enjoy calculating and analyzing. The topic of construction is interesting and always relevant. There are many interesting processes here. The decision to become an engineer came to me quite naturally. My mother is an engineer, but she never influenced my choice of profession..."
