Starting September 1, the former divisions of the state enterprise "Zhilkomservis Two" joined the communal unitary enterprise "Settlement and Reference Center of the Gomel Region": the passport office, the department for settlements with the population, and the subsidy specialist.

The "Settlement and Reference Center of Zhlobin" (SRC of Zhlobin) is located at: Zhlobin, microdistrict 19, building 44. Operating hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, no lunch break; Monday and Saturday – from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no lunch break; Sunday – day off.

As reported to journalists of "ND" by the head of the "SRC of Zhlobin" Elena Novikova, some phone numbers have changed. In particular, the new phone numbers for the subsidy specialist are: 2-75-97; for specialists on utility calculations: urban private sector: 7-00-31; rural private sector: 7-45-77; all other numbers remain unchanged.

Due to the transfer of functions for calculating housing and communal services payments to the CUE "Settlement and Reference Center of the Gomel Region," the payment procedure through banking applications has also changed.

– Payments can be made after the 10th, and for the payment to be processed correctly and the money to reach the required account, when paying through an application or online banking, follow these steps: the "Raschet" system (ERIP) –> "communal payments" –> "Housing and Communal Services" –> "Gomel Region" –> "Zhlobin and Zhlobin District" –> "SRC of the Gomel Region" and select the service "communal payments AIS Raschet-Communal Services" –> enter the account number (it remains the same), – explained Elena Petrovna.

Meanwhile, the SRC notes that paper notifications are gradually becoming a thing of the past, and the transition to electronic payment notifications for housing and communal services is a step towards caring for the environment. To do this, you only need to submit an application at the SRC, after which electronic notifications will be sent to the email address you provide. And you will no longer have to wait for a slip in your mailbox!
