The primary trade union organization of the Open Joint-Stock Company "Stroytrest No. 3 of the Order of the October Revolution" expresses its concern regarding this issue and requests the Presidium of the Minsk City Committee of Trade Union Workers of Construction and the Construction Materials Industry to appeal to higher organizations for the purpose of providing explanations and resolving the raised issue.
We inform you that to this day, constant monitoring of the situation at the enterprise has been conducted within the primary trade union organization of OJSC "Stroytrest No. 3 of the Order of the October Revolution," and the outflow of personnel was directly linked to the employer's inability to increase wages due to the cost of one person-hour in the estimated rates.
We request that a demand be made to revoke the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus dated June 24, 2019, No. 39.
