We need to translate the Russian fragment into English, preserving paragraph breaks, not translating proper nouns, not translating article link (none). The fragment includes many repeated sections: headings like "Завод железобетонных конструкций", "Жилищно-коммунальная контора", "Агрофирма "Красная Нива"", then "Объекты", "Новости", "Контакты", language codes, then repeated phone numbers etc. We need to translate everything except proper nouns we cannot render. Proper nouns: names like "Красная Нива" (should stay as is? It's a proper noun, we should not translate). Also "Республика Беларусь" is a proper noun (country name) - we should not translate? The rule: "Do not translate the article link, url, or any proper nouns you cannot render." So we should keep proper nouns as they are, not translate. However, "Республика Беларусь" is a proper noun; we should keep it in original language? Usually we would keep it as is. Similarly "г. Солигорск" - "г." stands for "город" (city). "Солигорск" is a proper noun (city name). We should keep "Солигорск". "ул. Козлова" - "ул." stands for "улица", "Козлова" is a proper noun (street name). So we keep "ул. Козлова". Also "str3@mail.str3.by" is an email, keep as is. Phone numbers keep as is.
We need to translate other text: e.g., "Завод железобетонных конструкций" -> "Reinforced Concrete Products Plant"? Actually "Завод железобетонных конструкций" translates to "Plant of reinforced concrete structures" or "Reinforced Concrete Structures Plant". We'll translate. "Жилищно-коммунальная контора" -> "Housing and communal office" or "Housing and communal department". "Агрофирма "Красная Нива"" -> keep the quotes? We'll keep as "Агрофирма "Красная Нива""? Actually we should not translate proper nouns inside quotes; "Красная Нива" stays. So we translate "Агрофирма" as "Agrofirm". So "Агрофирма "Красная Нива"" -> "Agrofirm "Krasnaya Niva""? But we should not translate the proper noun inside quotes; we keep it as is. So "Агрофирма "Красная Нива"" becomes "Agrofirm "Красная Нива""? But we might want to keep the quotes and the phrase inside unchanged. The instruction: "Do not translate the article link, url, or any proper nouns you cannot render." So we should not translate proper nouns. "Красная Нива" is a proper noun, so we keep it unchanged. So we translate "Агрофирма" to "Agrofirm". So result: "Agrofirm "Красная Нива"". Keep the quotes as they are.
Similarly "Объекты" -> "Objects" or "Facilities". Probably "Facilities". "Новости" -> "News". "Контакты" -> "Contacts". Language codes: "ru", "en", "be" remain as is.
Then repeated sections: "Приемная аппарата дирекции" -> "Directorate's reception office"? Actually "Приемная аппарата дирекции" maybe "Reception of the directorate apparatus". We'll translate as "Directorate's reception office". "Отдел кадров" -> "Human Resources Department". "Юрисконсульты" -> "Legal Advisors". "Отдел бухгалтерского учёта и финансов" -> "Accounting and Finance Department". "Бюро менеджмента качества" -> "Quality Management Bureau". "Бюро охраны труда" -> "Occupational Safety Bureau". "Отдел контроля качества и технологии строительства" -> "Quality Control and Construction Technology Department". "Отдел внешне-экономических связей, подрядных торгов, маркетинга" -> "Department of Foreign Economic Relations, Contractual Trade, and Marketing". "Производственно-технический отдел" -> "Production and Technical Department". "E-mail" stays as is (maybe translate to "E-mail"? It's already English). Keep as is.
"Адрес" -> "Address". "Режим работы" -> "Working hours". "Пн. – Пт.: с 8:30 до 17:30 (обеденный перерыв: 13.00-14.00)" -> translate days: "Mon.–Fri.: from 8:30 to 17:30 (lunch break: 13.00-14.00)". Keep the time format.
"Напишите нам" -> "Write to us". "Телефоны" -> "Phones". Then repeated phone list again.
Then "О нас" repeated three times -> "About us". Then subheadings: "Наша история" -> "Our history". "Аттестаты / сертификаты" -> "Certificates / attestats"? Actually "Аттестаты / сертификаты" -> "Certificates / attestats"? We'll translate as "Certificates / attestats". But maybe better: "Certificates / attestats". Keep slash. "Награды" -> "Awards". "Заказчики" -> "Clients". "Руководители" -> "Management". "Отзывы" -> "Reviews". "Реквизиты" -> "Details". "Годовые отчеты эмитента" -> "Annual reports of the issuer". "Противодействие коррупции" -> "Anti-corruption measures". "Электронные обращения и прием граждан" -> "Electronic applications and public reception". "Профсоюз" -> "Trade union". "Коллективный договор" -> "Collective agreement". Then "Услуги" repeated -> "Services". Then subheadings: "Разработка и сопровождение ПО" -> "Software development and support". Then "Кадры" -> "Personnel". Then "Сдельная зарплата" -> "Piece-rate wages". Then "Учет работы автотранспорта" -> "Vehicle operation accounting". Then "Учет труда и заработной платы" -> "Labor and payroll accounting". Then "Услуги технического обслуживания" -> "Technical maintenance services". Then repeated "Отдел контроля качества и технологии строительства" (already translated). Then "Испытания" repeated three times -> "Tests". Then "Объём контроля работ" repeated twice -> "Volume of work control". Then "Грунты" -> "Soils". Then "Монолитное бетонирование" -> "Monolithic concreting". Then "Строительные растворы" -> "Construction mortars". Then "Наружные системы утепления" -> "External insulation systems". Then "Документы" repeated -> "Documents". Then subheadings: "Заявки, акт отбора, отзыв" -> "Applications, selection act, review". Then "Правило принятия решения" -> "Decision-making rule". Then "Аттестат аккредитации, область аккредитации" -> "Accreditation certificate, accred
We need to translate the Russian fragment into English, preserving paragraph breaks. The fragment includes many lines, some repeated. We must output only the translation, no commentary, no markdown, no quotes. Keep meaning faithful, preserve paragraph breaks. The fragment appears to be a list of sections, services, etc. We need to translate each line.
We need to keep paragraph breaks: The original fragment seems to be a block of text with line breaks. We'll translate each line, preserving line breaks.

The main theme of the Unified Day of Public Information, which will take place in the work collectives of the branches of Stroytrast No. 3 on August 20, 2026, is “Ecological Culture – Responsibility of Every Individual”.
Information‑Propaganda Group
JSC “Stroytrast No. 3 of the Order of the October Revolution”
Questions about the state of the environment and ecological safety have long ceased to be of interest only within the scientific community. Today they are among the key factors in determining quality of life and concern everyone. Moreover, the presence of serious environmental problems threatening the lives and health of the population devalues all other indicators of quality of life, all conveniences and privileges, or high levels of income and consumption.
According to international experts, Belarus ranks among the countries with a favorable environmental situation – it is in the upper, quite prosperous third of about 180 countries worldwide. But this is not just a random coincidence or a divine gift. The state, within the framework of the country’s overall socio‑economic development plans, is carrying out extensive work to improve all parameters of our living environment.
Thus, over the past ten years, from 2014 to 2024, emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere have decreased by more than a third, including those from road transport – by more than half (despite the number of passenger cars increasing by hundreds of thousands during the same period). This is the result of targeted policy. It is enough to say that our country holds the top spot worldwide in the rate of reduction of sulfur dioxide and black carbon emissions (in plain terms – soot), and is also among the leaders in reducing carbon dioxide emissions. This is a long‑term effort and a significant financial investment, but the achievements are evident – Belarus holds leading positions among post‑Soviet states in the category of “air quality”.
Our country has water resources at a Central European level.
Thanks to the decisions of the Head of State
Over the past five years: 93 water‑intake wells were drilled; 1,022 water‑de‑ironization stations were built; 104 settlements were reconnected to existing centralized water‑supply systems; an additional one million people were provided with quality drinking water.
As a result of constructing and modernizing wastewater treatment facilities over the past twenty years, the volume of inadequately treated effluent discharged into the country’s water bodies has fallen by almost a factor of seven, allowing the proportion of properly treated wastewater to approach the total volume.
The wildlife of Belarus, thanks to a system of nature‑protection measures, is in a stable state. Many species are showing population growth and expanding their distribution ranges.
For reference: Over the past fifteen years, the population of the elk increased from 27,000 to 48,000 individuals; the noble deer from 11,000 to 57,000; the roe deer from 73,000 to 127,000. The bear has become a game species. The bison population has grown eightfold over the past thirty‑five years, reaching nearly 3,000 individuals, forming 11 free‑living micro‑populations.
Over the last decade, the area of specially protected natural territories (nature reserves, national parks, sanctuaries, and nature monuments) has grown from 8.8% to 9.2% of the country’s total area. According to UN recommendations, this figure should be raised to 10–12%, and you can be sure it will be achieved.
Belarus is one of the world leaders in wetland restoration. Since 2015, the decline of peatlands has been halted, and tens of thousands of hectares have been rehabilitated and re‑wetlanded.
Forest land in our country has been expanding every year, reaching record levels over the past century (40.5%
The progress is impressive. All of this is the result of joint activity between the state and its citizens. We are always involved. Significant capital investments in the construction of water treatment facilities, the development of wells and drinking water preparation systems, the restoration of forests, swamps, and wildlife populations are carried out with the support of Belarusian citizens.
On other occasions we personally take an active role.
Thus, one of the motivations for citizens to purchase passenger electric vehicles is their desire to contribute to minimizing environmental damage.
Since 2000, there has been a steady trend toward reducing per capita water consumption, which today does not exceed the average values of European countries – a conscious stance of the population in action.
Citizens noticeably help the Green Construction during volunteer clean‑up days. Their subsequent careful care of the plantings allows the results of the joint work to be preserved for a long time.
Each year the number of participants in campaigns such as “Give the Forest a New Life” and others grows – about 120,000 people in the last year, and about 600,000 in the last five years. And not only ordinary citizens. President of the Republic of Belarus A.G. Lukashenko and senior officials of the country, by personal example, demonstrate the importance of participation in campaigns to preserve, multiply, and maintain Belarusian forests in proper order. Their participation in the actions serves as an example for everyone.
This is what constitutes ecological behavior, ecological thinking, an ecological moral stance, and together – ECOLOGICAL CULTURE. Its rooting in our society and further development will allow us to make substantial progress in arranging the ecology of our common home – Belarus.
Take, for example, forest protection and the fight against forest fires.
Reference
In the country, a system of large‑scale measures to protect forests from fires is being implemented:
Yes, the situation is under control, but let us not forget that the main cause of fires, despite all the measures taken, remains the human factor (in 9 out of 10 cases).
For informing the public, the official website of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus hosts an interactive map of bans and restrictions on forest visits. The information on it is updated daily. Let us adhere to the recommendations!
Unfortunately, unauthorized dumps remain a problem. Their number continues to grow. The volume of waste removed by forest protection over five years has doubled. At the same time, the number of people brought to justice for polluting forests has increased by 45%. Clearly, the state does not intend to remain the losing side in the fight to protect forests. Moreover, the battle against illegal logging seems to be winning – over the last five years their number has decreased by a third.
On special
