We need to translate the Russian fragment into natural English, preserving paragraph breaks. No commentary, no quotes, no markdown. Output only the translation.

We need to translate everything, preserving line breaks. The fragment includes headings and repeated lines. We'll translate each line.

Let's go through.

First line: "Аренда транспортных средств и механизмов" => "Rental of vehicles and equipment"

Next: "Железобетонные изделия и конструкции" => "Reinforced concrete products and structures"

Then "СУ-149" repeated twice: keep as is (proper noun). So "СУ-149" stays.

Then "Оказание услуг по перевозке грузов и пассажиров автомобильным транспортом" => "Provision of cargo and passenger transportation services by road transport"

Next: "Оказание услуг по управлению и технической эксплуатации строительных машин и механизмов" => "Provision of services for management and technical operation of construction machinery and equipment"

Next: "Продажа асфальтобетонных смесей" => "Sale of asphalt concrete mixtures"

Next: "Продажа нерудных материалов" => "Sale of non-metallic materials"

Next: "Участок полиграфических услуг" repeated twice: "Printing services department" maybe "Printing services section". Keep as "Printing services department". We'll translate as "Printing services section". But "Участок" could be "section" or "unit". We'll use "Printing services section". Keep both lines.

Next: "Печатная продукция" => "Printed products"

Next: "Бланки" => "Forms"

Next: "Журнал учета документации" => "Documentation logbook"

Next: "Журнал учета производства" => "Production logbook"

Next: "Изготовление приглашений" => "Manufacture of invitations"

Next: "Папки поздравительные" => "Congratulatory folders"

Next: "Печать листовок" => "Flyer printing"

Next: "Широкоформатная печать" repeated twice: "Large-format printing"

Next: "Изготовление баннеров" => "Banner production"

Next: "Печать на холсте" => "Canvas printing"

Next: "Печать плакатов" => "Poster printing"

Next: "Печать постеров" => "Poster printing" (actually same as above; but we translate literally: "Poster printing").

Next: "Фотосетка для забора" => "Photo mesh for fences"

Next: "Распродажа остатков строительных материалов" repeated three times: "Sale of remaining construction materials"

Next: "Кафе "Янус"" repeated three times: Keep quotes? Probably keep as is: Café "Janus". We'll translate "Кафе" as "Café". Keep the name in quotes: Café "Janus". Repeat three times.

Next: "Вакансии" repeated twice: "Vacancies"

Next: "Инженерно-технические работники" => "Engineering and technical staff"

Next: "Каменщики" => "Masons"

Next: "Плотники" => "Carpenters"

Next: "Плотники-бетонщики" => "Carpenters-concrete workers" maybe "Carpenters-concretors". We'll translate as "Carpenters-concrete workers".

Next: "Бетонщики" => "Concrete workers"

Next: "Маляры" => "Painters"

Next: "Монтажники" => "Installers"

Next: "Машинисты" => "Operators" (or "Drivers" for machinery). We'll translate as "Operators".

Next: "Слесари" => "Fitters"

Next: "Водители погрузчика" => "Forklift drivers"

Next: "Электромонтеры" => "Electricians"

Next: "Штукатуры" => "Plasterers"

Next: "Облицовщики-плиточники" => "Tilers" (or "Cladding tilers"). We'll translate as "Tilers".

Next: "Сварщики" => "Welders"

Next: "Прочие вакансии" => "Other vacancies"

Next: "Филиалы" repeated twice: "Branches"

Next: "Строительное управление №55" => "Construction Management No. 55"

Next: "Строительное управление №95" => "Construction Management No. 95"

Next: "Строительное управление №123" => "Construction Management No. 123"

Next: "Специализированное управление №137" => "Specialized Management No. 137"

Next: "Специализированное управление №149" => "Specialized Management No. 149"

Next: "Управление механизации и спецработ №108" => "Mechanization and Special Works Management No. 108"

Next: "Сантехническое монтажное управление" => "Sanitary Installation Management"

Next: "Электротехническое монтажное управление" => "Electrical Installation Management"

Next: "Завод железобетонных конструкций" => "Reinforced Concrete Structures Plant"

Next: "Жилищно-коммунальная контора" => "Housing and Utilities Office"

Next: "Агрофирма "Красная Нива"" => Keep quotes: Agrofirm "Red Niva". We'll translate "Агрофирма" as "Agrofirm". Keep name.

Next: "Объекты" => "Facilities"

Next: "Новости" => "News"

Next: "Контакты" => "Contacts"

Next: "Напишите нам" => "Write to us"

Next: "ru" (language) maybe keep as is? It's a language code. We'll keep as "ru". But it's not a proper noun; it's a code. Should we translate? Probably keep as is. The instruction: Do not translate proper nouns you cannot render. Language codes are not proper nouns; but they are not meant to be translated. We'll keep as "ru". Similarly later "en", "be". We'll keep them.

Next: "+375 174 23 66 44" repeated etc. Keep as is.

Next: "Приемная аппарата дирекции" => "Directorate's reception"

But "Приемная аппарата дирекции" maybe "Reception of the directorate apparatus". We'll translate as "Directorate office reception". Let's think: "Приемная аппарата дирекции" literally "Reception of the directorate apparatus". Could be "Directorate's reception office". We'll use "Directorate office reception".

Next: "Телефоны" => "Phones"

Then repeated lines with same phone numbers and descriptions.

We need to preserve paragraph breaks. The original fragment seems to have line breaks after each item. We'll replicate each line as a separate line in English.

Let's produce translation line by line.

We'll go through the fragment exactly as given, preserving blank lines? There are no blank lines visible except maybe between sections? The fragment shows lines separated by line breaks. We'll output each translated line on its own line.

On August 15, the annual summer fishing competition among employees of JSC “Stroytrast No. 3 Order of the October Revolution” was held at one of the picturesque ponds of JSC “Rybkhoz “Krasnaya Sloboda.” The event was organized by the company administration and the primary trade union organization with the aim of popularizing fishing as a form of mass active recreation, exchanging experience and fishing techniques, and identifying the strongest fishing enthusiasts among the builders.

This year the tournament gathered more than 40 participants from various structural units – from experienced anglers to newcomers eager to test their skills. The atmosphere of friendly rivalry, fresh air, and the quiet of the water body created ideal conditions for a full‑fledged rest after the workweek.

First place (the largest amount of fish caught) and the winner’s cup, as well as a special prize for the largest fish by weight, were won by Nikolay Abramenya from the Slutsk branch of SU‑55. Second place – Evgeny Chumachenko (SU‑137). Third place – Alexander Revenko (SU‑95).

Diplomas and commemorative gifts were presented to the winners and prizewinners by the deputy general director for general affairs and ideological work – head of the personnel department Olga Ganchar – and the chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of Stroytrast No. 3, Vyacheslav Yefimchik. They congratulated the participants on their excellent catch and wished them new achievements, noting that such events strengthen corporate spirit and bring positive emotions.

Why is fishing especially beneficial for builders?

Fishing is not just a hobby, but a real tool for restoring physical and mental strength. Time spent outdoors helps reduce stress, normalize blood pressure, and improve mood. Concentration on the fishing process helps distract from everyday routine and hard work on the construction site, and communication with nature gives a boost of energy and mental clarity. Moreover, fishing is an excellent way to spend time with like-minded people, share experience, and simply enjoy the silence that is so necessary for anyone who works daily on construction sites in the region. And of course, it’s a chance to taste hearty fish in the fresh air of a cool early morning...

The organizers – the employer and the union – once again confirmed that creating conditions for useful and memorable leisure for builders is a common goal. The competitions were held at a high level, and many participants are already looking forward to the next season to fight again for the title of best fisherman of Stroytrest № 3.
