In Chizhovka, near Soligorsk, Stroytrest No. 3, through its general contractor division No. 95, on the order of the Capital Construction Directorate of the Soligorsk District, has begun building single-family residential homes in the individual housing area on Shakhterskaya Street. Division No. 95 will build 4 houses here, and Division No. 123 will build 5.

The project, developed by the project design office of the Stroytrest No. 3 directorate, provides for the construction of single-story residential houses made of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, each consisting of a three-room apartment with an attached veranda. The compact residential buildings (total area from 99.25 to 140 sq. m) will have a gable rafter roof. The apartment is designed with separate living and utility zones, with access to a plot of approximately 12 hundredths of a hectare. The layout includes an expanded set of auxiliary spaces (veranda, storage room, mini-boiler room), sanitary facilities (toilet, bathroom), and an attic space (which can potentially be adapted for housing in the future).

As Andrey Nalivayko, director of the Capital Construction Directorate of the Soligorsk District, told the online publication str3.by, the housing will be handed over finished and will meet the typical consumer quality standards for rural housing. "This will be rental housing provided to workers of particularly in-demand professions, the list of which has been approved by the Soligorsk District Executive Committee," the director of the Capital Construction Directorate explained. "Also, in addition to the Chizhovka settlement, the construction of 19 more such homes is planned in the individual housing district 'Zaozerny'."

The contractor for the individual housing construction in the 'Zaozerny' district will be determined in the very near future through a tender.

By the way, the individual housing district in Chizhovka is connected to Soligorsk by a convenient, new highway, which was officially opened by the builders of Stroytrest No. 3 in a ceremony on Belarus' Independence Day this year.
