Today, the company's production facilities allow it to manufacture more than one million cylinders and gas equipment annually. Our industry is more than just a collection of enterprises and production facilities. It is the people who, through their labor, experience, and dedication to their work, create reliable products known far beyond Belarus. Each of you is part of a large team, thanks to which the industry confidently maintains its position as one of the leaders of the country's economy.

Behind us lies a tremendous journey, and ahead lie new large-scale tasks and ambitious projects. Together, we are mastering modern technologies, expanding our product range, and entering new markets. But the main and unwavering benchmark for all of us remains a responsible attitude toward our work, impeccable quality, and respect for the consumer. These principles were established by generations, and our common task is to preserve and multiply them.

Wide recognition

Household gas cylinders, valves, pressure regulators, safety automation systems, and components for gas stoves, as well as equipment for converting vehicles to gas fuel — all these products have long established themselves as reliable and in demand. Gas meters, powder fire extinguishers, and consumer goods under the NOVOGAS brand are also well known to consumers.

Today NOVOGAS is one of the leaders in the gas industry of Belarus and the CIS. Annually, more than 80% of its products are exported to Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, and Italy. With robotic lines, a full production cycle, and automation, the plant has become a high-tech enterprise implementing energy-efficient solutions.

To meet market requirements, the plant is constantly expanding its product range. It has launched the production of new types of toroidal cylinders, five types of cylinders for the GAZ automobile plant conveyor (Nizhny Novgorod), an 8-liter household cylinder, and a 12-liter "Dachnik" portable stove. Sheet metal is used to manufacture braziers and stoves.

In 2026, the enterprise started serial production of an innovative gas meter based on the ultrasonic measurement principle. It can be equipped with a remote data transmission system and stands out for its compact size, high accuracy, and versatility. Such meters are ideal for automated gas metering systems using modern data transmission protocols.

The plant fully meets the republic's needs for household and automotive gas cylinders and supplies the domestic market with gas meters and shut-off and reducing valves.

Quality is always under control

Products of OAO "NZGA" operate under gas pressure, which is why they are subject to increased safety and reliability requirements. Consistent quality is ensured primarily by the conscientious attitude of employees to their duties, as well as by the extensive use of high-precision CNC machines and robotic welding equipment.

The enterprise operates a testing metrological laboratory. Modern electronic control and measuring instruments, test benches, and other measuring equipment are used for quality control. Certain products, such as gas meters, in addition to inspection by quality control specialists, undergo additional verification by a state verifier from the State Standard of the Republic of Belarus.

The factory's quality management system is certified in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001. The enterprise consistently participates in quality competitions and regularly becomes their laureate – both in our country and abroad.

Novogrudok Gas Equipment Plant strives for continuous product improvement and the introduction of new technologies. Keeping pace with the times, the enterprise not only expands its product range but also carries out large-scale modernization of its production capacities. The introduction of high-tech robotic equipment, automation of key processes, and optimization of quality control systems allow the plant to respond promptly to changing market demands.

With care for people

Production efficiency is determined by qualified personnel. Today, the enterprise employs about 1,000 people. To train future specialists, the plant carries out active career guidance work: agreements have been concluded with the country's leading universities, and in 2025 a training class was established for additional training of students of Novogrudok State College in the profession of "Electric welder on automatic and semi-automatic machines."

The veterans of the enterprise are treated with special respect. A novelty in the work of the primary veterans' organization has been meetings between the plant's management and former employees for the transfer of experience.

Cultural, mass, and sports events are regularly held by the trade union organization. The enterprise actively participates in social projects of the city and district.

Radevich Ivan Ivanovich, adjuster of automatic and semi-automatic machines, 5th grade, of the gas appliances shop;

Stasevich Valentina Vladimirovna, warehouse manager of the transport shop.

A commendation from the Minister of Energy has been announced to:

Anikevich Ivan Vladimirovich, adjuster of welding and gas-plasma cutting equipment, 6th grade, of the gas cylinders shop;

Stasevich Vadim Viktorovich, deputy head of the gas appliances shop.
