At all levels of government administration, it is constantly emphasized that wages must be paid strictly on time and without delays. However, as the audits conducted by the State Control Committee this year have shown, this is not always the case.
This issue was examined during 13 inspections, with violations established at seven entities.
Thus, during an audit of one of the enterprises in the Stolin district, 14 instances of late payment of average earnings for the period of annual leave were revealed, with delays reaching up to 55 days in some cases.
The Committee's focus is not only on the timeliness but also on the legality of wage payments.
For example, at one of the sports institutions in the region, more than a dozen and a half cases of incorrect calculation of vacation pay were identified. At the Committee's demand, the due payments were recalculated and reimbursed to the employees.
In the Lyakhovichi district, unjustified bonuses were paid to the head and employees of one of the enterprises despite the presence of arrears in mandatory insurance contributions to the Fund of Social Protection of the Population (FSPP). Similar facts were revealed in the Baranovichy district, where the organization's actions caused damage in the amount of more than 13 thousand rubles.
For all identified violations, the Committee took response measures, and the guilty parties were held accountable.
