In the Minsk real‑estate market an interesting situation has emerged: banks continue to ease lending conditions, but even with that, buying an apartment is still something beyond fantasy for many. As a recent experiment showed, to become the owner of a standard one‑room apartment in a new building you need to “put on the table” at least 300,000 rubles. A second‑hand will cost even more. And what if we consider options within 250,000 rubles (just over $80,000 at the current rate)? You will have to narrow your expectations. At that price only small apartments, concrete housing or dwellings in poor condition are valued.

The next apartment is being sold almost empty (except for the kitchen and bathroom). It will already need a renovation and you will have to buy everything necessary.
