MART has amended the mandatory product range for grocery stores

Tribuna Pratsy September 2, 2026 15:24 By Resolution of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus dated August 20, 2026 No. 48 "On Amending the Resolution of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus dated November 19, 2020 No. 74," amendments have been made to the lists of goods that are subject to inclusion by trade entities in the lists of goods mandatory for availability for sale at a trade outlet, approved by the departmental resolution dated 19.11.2020 No. 74.

In particular, the amendments affected the lists of goods subject to inclusion by trade entities in the lists of goods mandatory for availability for sale at a trade outlet, for:

non-specialized grocery stores with a universal product range;

specialized grocery stores;

kiosks, pavilions, mobile stores, and non-specialized grocery stores with a combined or mixed product range.

Resolution No. 48 enters into force on September 10, 2026.
