Then the head of state arrived at the dairy-product complex (Dairy Complex "Govady") — he identified this point on his route himself. He was informed about the status and treatment of cattle — in the farm there were serious problems in this regard. Deficiencies with ensuring their own feed were also noted, which resulted in a shortage of livestock. The situation has now been normalized, mortality reduced. There are good crop varieties for corn, so feed security will be higher.

Alexander Lukashenko thoroughly inquired about the situation of the director of Dairy Complex No. 1 "Govady" Elena Mariutsa and generally gave a positive assessment. "Well done. She understands, the person fully grasps the situation," said the President. Turning to the recently appointed CEO of JSC "Govady-Agro" Alexey Ladnov, the head of state offered several practical pieces of advice on how to act and organize work in the farm as a whole. "There should be no wasted effort here. If there is no discipline, nothing will happen here," stressed the President.

Alexander Lukashenko ordered the regional leadership to take control of the situation in the farm and at the specific Dairy Complex under supervision, to seek assistance from other sources if necessary. "By November 7th, the complex would be in ideal condition," he said.

The head of state also warned the Presidential Assistant — the inspector of the Mogilev region Nadezhda Kotkovets — about the "firm demand."

In conclusion of his visit to "Govady-Agro," Alexander Lukashenko explained once again why he had decided almost unexpectedly to come to this farm: "One shouldn't only go where everything is well. One must look at where things are poor. It turns out, you can work here."

The head of state called for establishing order and restoring discipline. In general, he noted, everything necessary is already in place, and even a sufficiently high but not yet fully earned salary exists. At "Govady-Agro" the average monthly salary amounts to 2,840 rubles.

Evaluating the situation specifically at the Dairy Complex, the President assessed it positively, noting the absence of mortality, a technological approach to processes, and decent yields. However, order needs to be established throughout, and discipline must be restored. When speaking of eliminating deficiencies, Alexander Lukashenko emphasized that for the coming year the Mogilev region as a whole should be fundamentally transformed and should achieve results across all areas.
