The crew of the MAZ-SPORTavto team, led by Belarusian Sergey Vyazovich, withdrew from the Silk Way Rally during the ninth stage, the team's press service reports.

Vyazovich was leading in the overall standings of the Silk Way Rally in the truck category after eight stages.

— Unfortunately, crew 302 will not be able to continue the race for technical reasons. Sergey Vyazovich, Pavel Garanin, and Andrey Kragelsky are fine, and their health is not in danger, — the statement says.

Earlier, it was reported that Vyazovich's vehicle had flipped over and was heading towards the start of the stage.

The international Silk Way Rally in 2025 is taking place across the territories of Russia and Mongolia from July 12 to 22.
