The Chinese delegation assessed the development dynamics and innovations of the BELJY plant
The delegation of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of China assessed the development dynamics and innovations of the JSC BELJY plant, reports BelTA.

The visit takes place at the invitation and initiative of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus. The delegation is headed by a member of the Standing Committee, chairman of the Committee on Economic Issues of the National

We have truly made significant progress in the development of these areas. We have a joint strategy for the industrial development of Belarus and China, a specialized committee has been created, and the years 2026-2027 have been declared the Years of Industrial Cooperation of the two countries. The enterprise 'BELDZHI' is one of the bright examples of industrial cooperation between Belarus and China. It is a very successful enterprise: next year will mark 10 years since the launch of automobile production at the site. Symbolically, next year we will also be celebrating the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Belarus and China," emphasized Sergey Aleynik.

He noted that Belarus-China relations today are at the peak of their development, and a lasting foundation for them is laid by regular meetings of the leaders of the two states. According to Sergey Aleynik, the visit of the delegation will provide an opportunity to strengthen relations both at the highest political level and in trade-economic cooperation.

As part of the visit program, guests were presented with key technological innovations and promising sites. In particular, the discussion concerns a large-scale project for the creation of automated stamping production. Construction work at the facility is already underway. Commissioning into operation is planned for 2027.

Moreover, the Chinese side demonstrated the results of last year's modernization, which allowed doubling the capacity of the welding and painting shops, including the involvement of additional welding workers. The foreign delegation also presented the entire current product line being manufactured — both automobiles of the Geely brand and models under the own domestic brand 'BELDZHI'.
