Prime Minister of Belarus Alexander Turcin held a session of the High-Tech Park Observer Council, reporting to BelTA.

"We are holding another session of the High-Tech Park Observer Council today. On the agenda are the registration of new residents in the High-Tech Park and the approval of new business projects. Another important topic is the inclusion of a new type of activity involving adjunct technologies. We cannot do without cryptography. Factually every session of the Observer Council is somehow connected with this," said Alexander Turcin.

During the meeting several issues related to improving the development of the digital token (token) sector were discussed. As noted in an interview with journalists, first deputy head of the Secretary's Office of the High-Tech Park Observer Council Dmitry Kolichits said that this financial-technical sector is developing very dynamically. "All key indicators of development growth—revenue, exports, cash turnover, and taxes paid by crypto-residents—have grown more than twice compared to the first half of last year," he said.

The issue related to further improvement of interaction between applicants and crypto-residents with audit companies was also considered at the meeting. "Only two audit companies had the opportunity to interact with our applicants and crypto-residents. The list will be expanded to seven companies," noted Dmitry Kolichits.

Additionally, tasks that must be included in annual reports submitted by crypto-residents to the Secretary's Office of the High-Tech Park Observer Council were clarified. Further requirements have been introduced regarding the coverage of questions corresponding to a range of business processes with legislative requirements and resolutions of the Observer Council.

Moreover, several issues related to improving the work of crypto-residents in the field of combating illegal operations and cybercrime were discussed. Following legislative changes, it is planned that High-Tech Park crypto-residents will be able to interact with the Automated Incident Processing System of the National Bank (ASOIS). Approaches to organizing this process and how crypto-residents should respond to information received from this system were reviewed.
