The Committee of State Control of the Mogilev Region, during an audit of a producer of drinking and mineral water, identified and stopped the sale of products at prices not supported by economic calculations, as well as systematic price increases without approval from the regional council. The products were sold, among others, to state organizations.

As a result of the inspection, the company was fined and the responsible officials were subjected to disciplinary action.

It should be noted that the sale of state‑regulated goods without economic calculations confirming the level of retail prices, or with violations of the established price registration procedure, is subject to a fine of up to ten percent of the value of the sold goods.
