Deadline for payment of the unified property tax – no later than 16 November 2026.

Payment of the unified property tax is made based on a notice from the tax authorities or information about the amount of tax to be paid, contained in the payment system in ERIP. The issuance of payment notices is carried out by the tax authority by 1 October 2026, either by postal delivery or electronically to the payer's personal account and to the email address (for payers who have confirmed their desire to receive notices electronically).
