Citizens who own residential premises in multi‑apartment and/or block‑fenced residential buildings, residential houses, garages, dachas and other structures, vehicles, as well as land plots, are taxpayers of property tax, vehicle tax, and land tax.

Payment of property taxes is made through a single property payment at the place of registration (domicile) of the individual.

The payment can be made in any of the following ways:

via the “Personal Account of the Payer” service;

via the ERIP system;

at bank and postal service branches.

The algorithm for paying taxes via the ERIP system:

System “Calculation” (ERIP) → “Taxes” → city/region/district → IMNS (Management for Payer Relations (URP), Payer Relations Department (ORP)) at the place of registration of the individual → “Single Property Payment” → taxpayer’s account number (UNP).

To find your UNP, go to www.nalog.gov.by → “Services” → “Information from the State Register of Taxpayers (and other obligated persons)” → “Search for Individuals” → fill in the data in the table → “Search”.

If you have questions related to the calculation of tax for a specific taxable object, you can contact the tax authority indicated in the calculation of the corresponding tax.
