Shklov District Tax Office informs: November 16 is the deadline for individuals to pay property taxes
shklovinfo August 21, 2026 13:03 The Ministry of Taxes and Levies Inspection reminds individuals that property taxes must be paid no later than November 16.
Payment of land tax, real estate tax, and transport tax is made as a single property payment.
The tax amount is calculated by the tax authority, after which a notice is sent to the payer indicating the amount due, payment details, and the payment deadline.
Payment Methods
- Through the "Raschet" (ERIP) system — in one of the following ways:

by the QR code indicated in the notice;

by the payment code in ERIP, indicating the payer's account number (UNP) — the data is provided in the notice;

by sequentially selecting in the ERIP menu tree: "Payments and Transfers" → "Raschet" (ERIP) System → "Taxes" → region (city) → district → District Tax Office (or Inter-District Tax Office (ORP) for the district) at the place of registration of the individual → selection from the list of taxes → "Single Property Payment" → entry of the payer's account number (UNP) → "Pay."
- Through the "Personal Account of the Payer" service
On the official website of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies https://nalog.gov.by: "Personal Account of the Payer" service → login with username and password → "Pay" → select payment method.
- At bank branches and postal service points
Payment is made on the basis of the notice sent by the tax authority.
Please Note
In the event of non-payment (incomplete payment) of taxes within the period established by law, interest (penalties) will be charged on the amount of the outstanding debt for each day of delay in fulfilling the tax obligation.
On matters concerning the calculation and payment of property taxes, payers may contact the tax authority at their registration address, as well as by calling the unified information center of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies at 189 (the call is free of charge).
