Belarusians took loans to order kitchens, but ended up without money and furniture. In the victims’ chat there are already more than 400 people. We recently reported on a company whose employees had not been paid for months, and whose director had disappeared. Belarusians who ordered headsets with prepayment but never received the promised goods have turned to the police.
Law enforcement officials found that the company had been operating successfully in the furniture market for about 15 years. Since the end of last year, the business has encountered difficulties. Nevertheless, preliminary information indicates that the production manager continued to accept new orders even when the firm could no longer handle previous ones, and part of the equipment broke down.
The director covered debts at the expense of subsequent clients on a pyramid‑scheme basis.
Now the total amount of damage caused to victims exceeds one million rubles.

The man was detained, investigators opened a criminal case, and inspections are underway. If you find yourself in a similar situation, the police ask you to contact the district interior ministry office or call 102.
