The State Control Committee of the Mogilev region has identified facts of unjustified price inflation of construction materials, which the wholesale company applied when selling products to customers, including agricultural organizations and state enterprises.

— For example, on lime, cement, and roofing materials, surcharges of 11‑31% were applied, while the law allows only 10%. The amount of overcharges exceeded 10,000 rubles, — explained the regional State Control Committee. — Moreover, this wholesaler did not indicate in the goods and transport documents the necessary information for correct price calculation (the manufacturer's wholesale price, the applied wholesale surcharge, and delivery costs). The organization was fined for the violations found.
