Harvesting grain is always an exam in steadfastness and professionalism. Now that the golden fields have just been harvested, we owe special gratitude to those who, without sparing strength, ensured food security for the country by working in the soil and dust.

Cleaning the flour mill floor is a simple but pleasant task. This is how anyone else understands Alexander Kurnychuk, the founder of ATO "Kuritsychy", who this season has completed several "thousand-harvests". For Alexander Ivanovich, work on the land is not just a choice of profession, but a way of life established already in childhood. He is from Navozolak, grew up in a family where the love for bread and rural labor was in the blood.

"Fathers gave all their lives to local farming, Father worked as a farm manager, so I thought about becoming a teacher," the man recalls. "After finishing local school, there was service in the army, after which the young farmer returned to his native collective farm to take the reins. Since then, over twenty years, he has spent his entire professional path behind the wheel of large trucks."

Our hero is known for responsible and assertive relations with technology. The man believes that the machine feels the owner's attitude. He does not simply steer an automobile; he knows every corner of it.

"To technology I have special relationships," admits the interlocutor. "I constantly repair, restore, and check that everything is in order. If you know your own vehicle until the last moment, it will never fail at the critical moment."

Such an approach was noticed by the farm management: last year the mechanizer acquired new MAZs, on which this season he also works. The results speak for themselves — on his own tractor, the farm manager transports more than a thousand tons of grain.

Speaking as a peasant, I revealed the secret of his success. He relies not only on diligence and responsibility, but also on reliable support. In Alexander Kurnychuk there is a strong and friendly family, which serves as his main honor and support. His wife, who works at the Beldzherstrah, is his sure comfort, a person who always supports.

Happiness in the life of our hero comes from children. A ten-year-old daughter who now studies in another city school is the true soul of the family. And his older son, a graduate of the Academy of Music, is his father's pride.

Looking at the worker of ATO "Kuritsychy", one can understand: it is precisely on such industrious and responsible people that our rural agriculture holds together. He does not seek easy paths, but simply does his job — honestly and conscientiously.
