Belavia has provided passengers with the opportunity to independently process a voluntary ticket refund via the website, without contacting an office or call center.

To do this, you must go to the website belavia.by, navigate to the "Booking Status" section, and select the "Refund" option.

The service is available for bookings where the ticket and additional services were purchased directly on the airline's website. If at least one service was acquired in another way, it will not be possible to process the refund online.

The refund amount is calculated in accordance with the terms of the applied fare.
