The State awards and the President of Belarus’s gratitude were conferred upon 39 representatives from various fields of activity, as well as the open joint‑stock companies “Planar” and “INTEGRAL” – the management company of the “INTEGRAL” holding. The corresponding decree was signed by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, BELTA’s press service of the head of state reported.

They were awarded orders, medals, and honorary titles for many years of fruitful work, professionalism, high production indicators, and significant results in service activities, contribution to ensuring public safety, prevention and elimination of emergencies, development of the military

The Medal of Francisk Skorina was awarded to Professor Maria Babina of the Department of Veterinary Sanitary Expertise, Vitebsk Order “Sign of Honor” of the State Academy of Veterinary Medicine, and to Larisa Dovyat, director of the Mir Rural House of Culture and head of the esteemed amateur ensemble of the Republic of Belarus of the exemplary variety theatre “Kapeľka.”

The honorary title of Honored Scientist was conferred upon Sergey Krasny, Deputy Director for Scientific Work of the Republican Scientific‑Clinical Center for Oncology and Medical Radiology named after N.N. Alexandrov.

Leading Researcher Natalia Petrovna of the Department of Geology and Mineralogy of the platform shell of the “Institute of Geology” branch of the RUP “NPP on Geology” was awarded the honorary title of Honored Geologist.

The boxing coach‑teacher of the Grodno Regional Comprehensive Olympic Reserve Center, Alexey Volchan, was awarded the honorary title of Honored Coach.

The honorary title of Honored Industrial Worker was awarded to Sergey Litvyakov, Deputy General Director for Ground Equipment and Foreign Economic Relations of JSC “Peleng,” and to Lyudmila Marchuk, chief technologist and head of the alcohol production technology department of JSC “Brest Liquor and Spirits Plant ‘Belalco.’”
