The State Control Committee of Mogilev Region has identified cases of unjustified overpricing of building materials applied by a wholesale company when selling products to customers, including agricultural organizations and state enterprises. Thus, markups of 11-31% were applied to lime, cement, and roofing materials, whereas the legislation permits only 10%. The total amount of overpricing exceeded 10,000 rubles.

Furthermore, this wholesaler did not indicate in the shipping documents for the goods sold the necessary information for proper price formation (manufacturer's selling price, applied wholesale markup, delivery costs). For the identified violations, the organization was fined.
