Agricultural enterprises and peasant farms are looking for wide-profile tractor operators, livestock complex operators, and machine milking operators. In recent years, wages in the industry have grown by almost 30%, and one can obtain a working specialty in the agricultural field through the extensive network of agricultural colleges.

Where Specialists with Higher Education Are Needed

Agricultural enterprises continue to face a shortage of agronomists, veterinarians, livestock specialists, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and processing production technologists. Many agricultural cooperatives, in addition to decent wages, offer housing, which is quite important for many specialists.

Industry needs engineers and technologists, who are offered decent working conditions and wages.

In the education, healthcare, and scientific sectors, the state provides employees in these fields with stable social guarantees and opportunities for professional growth. In 2025 alone, wages in education increased by 19%, in social services and healthcare by 18%, and in professional, scientific, and technical activities by 16.1%.
