Chemist Elena Rassokha formulated her main professional motto simply: "to every task – with great responsibility." It was this approach and her uncompromising pursuit of precision that made the plant worker a true master of her craft.

Elena's career at the enterprise began more than 15 years ago. Her credentials include a polytechnic college diploma with honors in "Chemical Analysis Laboratory Assistant" and a degree from the Mozyr Pedagogical University. However, it was the Mozyr Oil Refinery that became her true academy of mastery.

"I had no practical experience before joining the plant, so my first steps were difficult. It's a huge enterprise, large-scale production, and a vast amount of new information to absorb. At first, the sheer number of analyses and concepts I needed to learn was even a bit intimidating," the plant worker recalls.

The relay of mentorship helped her overcome her nerves and confidently enter her profession. The most experienced and memorable teacher in her field for Elena was the veteran lab technician Evdokiya Vladimirovna Bobr. It was she who instilled in the young specialist the vital qualities of a true chemist: meticulousness, impeccable accuracy, the ability to avoid stereotypes, and a deep analysis of the information obtained.

The atmosphere in workshop No. 10 played an equally important role. Elena Rassokha emphasized that the warm welcome and constant support from the wonderful laboratory team helped her not only master the intricacies of the job but also genuinely fall in love with her work.

For nearly three decades, Elena Kotsur, a chemical analysis lab technician in the militarized gas rescue detachment, has stood guard over the safety of the Mozyr Oil Refinery, balancing her complex work with music, creativity, and a love for life.

Elena is convinced that true female beauty is not just about pleasant appearance but also about character traits. For example, responsibility for one's work, genuine love for people, an insatiable desire to learn new things, and a rare ability to rejoice in the simplest things.

Elena Alexandrovna is a representative of a respected factory dynasty. Her parents, Alexander Fedorovich and Svetlana Arkhipovna Alekseev, dedicated their entire lives to the Mozyr Oil Refinery. Her father-in-law also worked here, and her husband and sister are currently employed there.

The calendar of events for the primary trade union organization of the enterprise is traditionally filled with a variety of initiatives. In their free time from shifts, the refinery workers lead an active, interesting, and fulfilling life: they play sports, explore their creative talents, participate in charity, and strive for constant self-improvement.

A bright and interesting new project dedicated to the Year of the Belarusian Woman has become a special initiative.

– It is a cycle of educational, trusting meetings organized for the women of the enterprise. Its main goal is to remind each refinery worker of a key value: the need for sincere care for oneself, one's physical and emotional health, said Alexander Titovich, chairman of the primary trade union organization of the Mozyr Oil Refinery.

He noted that the meeting program is built on dialogue with the best specialized healthcare professionals in the region. One of the most memorable sessions was with experts in dermatology and diagnostics. The collective also highly appreciated one of the latest events, which featured an endocrinologist, Yulia Grigorenko. The dialogue took place in an amazingly warm, sincere, and trusting atmosphere. The open format allowed the participants to ask pressing questions and receive comprehensive professional recommendations.

At the enterprise, they are confident that knowing the peculiarities of one's body, understanding the body's signals, and systematically strengthening the immune system are the fundamental foundations of a long, active, and happy life. The project continues, which means that the refinery women have many more useful, interesting, and inspiring meetings ahead.
