On the map of the Pinsk district there is a small village called Stavok, which gave its name to the local farm. OAO “Stavokskoye” is a multi‑purpose agricultural enterprise with its own history and notable achievements.

Starting out as a collective farm in the distant year 1996, the enterprise sequentially went through stages of reorganization into an SPK, and then into an open joint‑stock company. The merger with SPK “Poleskiy” and OAO “Trud” enlarged the company, which today can rightly be called one of the strongest in the district.

The holdings of OAO “Stavokskoye” cover vast areas, stretching up to 50 kilometers and encompassing 19 settlements.

Under the leadership of Alexander Novik, who has headed the enterprise for 14 years, the agrarians are confidently steering the company toward strengthening its economic potential. His main specialization is the production of milk, meat, cultivation of cereals, rapeseed, sugar beet, and other agricultural crops.

The products of “Stavokskoye” are in demand by giants of the Belarusian food industry: they are processed at “Savushkin Product”, “Pinsk Meat Plant”, “Zhabinkov Sugar Factory”. Reliable partnership ties have been established with the “Pinsk KooPprom” branch of the Pinsk Inter‑district Trading Base and the “Pinsk Bread Products Plant”.

Livestock is breaking records

This year's harvest season has been less successful for the agricultural enterprise compared to the previous year, however, Stavokskoe is among the top farms in Pinsk in terms of yield. The total grain harvest was 10,621 tons with a yield of 41 centners per hectare.

The total area of Stavokskoe's land is over 14,000 hectares, of which almost 9,600 hectares are agricultural land, says chief agronomist Nikolai Kirechko.

Nine teams of grain harvesters worked in the fields, six of which collected over 1,000 tons of new grain from the fields. The best results were shown by the senior combine operators Sergei Seredich, Stepan Filanovich, Sergei Linkevich, and Yuri Bricht, who threshed over 1,500 tons. The group of leaders also included drivers who transported over 2,000 tons of grain, namely Alexei Kozich, Sergei Cherpak, and Oleg Brishchen.

The farm is developing dynamically, with particular attention being paid to investments in fixed capital, says Alexander Novik, director of OAO Stavokskoe:

In 2026, a dairy farm for 720 head of cattle was put into operation in the village of Porechye, Pinsk district. The total investment in this project was 17 million 700 thousand rubles. The mechanical fleet is updated with new equipment every year. Over the past two years, 46 units of equipment and machinery have been purchased for over 19 million rubles, including 5 tractors, 4 trucks, 2 loaders, 3 grain harvesters, a powerful modern forage harvester, and a self-propelled sprayer, as well as 30 other units of equipment and machinery.

Laborers deserve honor and recognition

The collective of OAO Stavokskoe, which consists of 269 employees, knows how to work conscientiously and with full dedication. According to the results of district labor competitions, the farm has become a winner more than once. The collection of awards includes first place for achieving high indicators in the preparation of grassy feed, second and third places in the harvest of grain and legume crops.
