On September 3, sales will launch for the first time at "Severny Bereg" (Northern Beach) for a house with White Box finish. But this is not the only feature of the new "Elistan 2". There will also be a new residents' club here — a multifunctional space for sports, recreation, work, and socializing. Today the developer showed renderings.

This will be the third residents' club in this residential complex. The club area will be more than 860 sq. m. Inside there will be a gym, spa area, meeting rooms, a cinema, and much more.

The gym, with an area of 98.21 sq. m, will have several zones: treadmills and exercise bikes for cardio, a separate room for functional exercises, stretching, and warm-ups with exercise balls and yoga mats. The strength section will include machines for vertical press and pull, and four-sided power stations.

Next to it will be a spa area with two Finnish saunas, a drench shower, and lounge chairs.

For work and business meetings, the club has three closed-type meeting rooms and one open-type. The largest one will have a TV for conferences and presentations.

Separate spaces are planned for games, creativity, and socializing. In the open area there will be billiards and arcade games.

The game room will have a gaming console and table football, and the children's room will have a dry pool, maze, and climbing wall.

The event room, with an area of 32.49 meters, can be adapted for different formats. Here you can organize a children's party, celebrate a family event, hold a master class, organize a themed meeting, or just get together with friends.

And they also promise their own cinema for 13 seats. Also, a cafe with 40 seats will appear on the premises.

As a reminder, the residents' club at "Severny Bereg" is not free. A subscription must be purchased to access it.
