The full range of measures provided by law was applied to chronic non-payers: from warnings to actual restrictions, reports the Telegram channel "Housing and Communal Services of the Gomel Region."

Two tenants of residential premises were officially notified of their upcoming eviction for systematic non-payment. The owner of one of the apartments was handed a pre-trial warning about being compelled to alienate property — an extreme measure before the forced sale of housing.

Technical services were suspended for 18 citizens. Another 14 non-payers were warned that their documents would be sent to a notary's office for forced debt collection.

During the raids, six people preferred not to let the matter go to court and paid off their debts on the spot.
