The Pinsk City Executive Committee invites the city’s residents to participate in a public discussion of the architectural and planning concept for the project “Development plan for a group of multi‑apartment residential buildings at 78 Brestskaya Street in Pinsk.”

According to the project, the construction of three 10‑story multi‑apartment buildings with 340 apartments is planned. Additionally, landscaping works will be carried out on the adjacent area. These include the creation of car parking spaces, children’s playgrounds, areas for waste container placement, bicycle parking, dog‑walking areas, greening of the territory, and the laying of utility networks.

The project takes into account requirements for creating a barrier‑free living environment for people with limited physical abilities, the elderly, and low‑mobility groups.

The plot is located in the southwestern part of Pinsk, with an easement strip for the access railway branch on the east side, and residential estate development on the west and south sides. The northern boundary of the plot is Sverdlov Street, and the southern boundary is Brestskaya Street.
