During supervisory activity on the enforcement of labor legislation, the prosecutor’s office of the Krichev District established that one of the organizations violated the deadlines for final settlement when dismissing members of a student squad. This is reported by sb.by citing the information service of the Mogilev Region prosecutor’s office.
— It was established that one of the district’s agricultural organizations did not pay wages to 10 members of a student squad, among whom were young people, in August 2026, for a total amount exceeding 3.4 thousand Belarusian rubles. In particular, 10 members of the student squad, including 9 minors, from August 18 to 31 2026, performed auxiliary work in the agricultural organization in accordance with the terms of the labor contracts. After the contracts expired on August 31 2026, the squad members were dismissed and handed their employment books. However, in violation of the legal requirements, the final settlement was not made on the day of dismissal, and the accrued wages were not paid to them — the supervisory department provided details.
As a result, the prosecutor of the Krichev District issued a directive to the enterprise’s manager, demanding that the outstanding debt be settled immediately. The supervisory act was fully complied with, and the squad members received their wages.
