At the Kolos Stadium, 46 young specialists gathered who had recently started their first jobs in the district's agricultural enterprises. Why does youth choose the countryside? Do the speakers remember their first day on the job? And how can one achieve success in their profession? These and other questions were discussed at an open dialogue.

The key speakers of the meeting were Valery Troyanovsky, First Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee; Anastasia Bakun, Chairperson of the District Union of Agricultural Workers; and Elizaveta Basalai, First Secretary of the District Committee of the Belarusian Youth Union.

The conversation turned out to be lively and honest, without formalities. The young agrarians asked questions, shared their first impressions of work, and made plans for the future. Today, the countryside is not just a place of work. It is a territory of growth where one can realize oneself, build a career, and start a family. And such forums prove that the youth of the agricultural sector is the drive, ambition, and real force capable of changing the industry for the better.
