At a hardware meeting of the regional executive committee chaired by regional head Ivan Krupo, the issue of providing social and domestic conditions for young specialists was considered. This is reported by the telegram channel "Гомельщина официально".

Nearly 5,700 young specialists have started work this year. 60% of them live with relatives, 19% have been provided housing by organizations, 8% rent it themselves. For more than 4%, the employer reimburses rental expenses.

Young specialists are assisted not only with housing but also with transportation services. Mentors are assigned. Explanatory talks and consultations are held. A chatbot operates for feedback with young specialists.

One positive example of work with youth is the farm "Отор" in Chechersky District, where mentors receive a supplementary payment. The experience should be disseminated, noted the governor.

Ivan Krupo set the task: within a month to prepare a full information base on creating appropriate conditions for young specialists. The goal of the managers is common; it should be clear to everyone: to ensure staff retention.
