Pavel Mlynarchik, the First Deputy Head of the Sovetsky District Administration, reported that the reconstruction of a specialized retail building into a café-bar with a second-floor addition to house a store is currently underway. At this stage, the installation and commissioning of the ventilation system have been completed.

"In addition, electrical and physical measurements have been carried out for the subsequent commissioning of the facility by the State Energy Supervision Authority. Certain deficiencies are being addressed for its further commissioning," noted Pavel Mlynarchik.
