An open auction for the sale into private ownership of a 0.1262-hectare land plot located at 14А Stekolnaya Street for the construction and maintenance of a single-family residential house will be held in Gomel on September 10. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Gomel.Officially."

The starting price of the auction item is determined based on the cadastral value per square meter and the area of the land plot.

To participate, one should apply to "Gomelgeodeztsentr" at 149 Barykina Street. The same office is where one can familiarize oneself with the auction item, encumbrances (restrictions) on the rights to the land plot, and the conditions of its provision.

The deposit, application, and set of documents must be submitted by September 7.

The bidding will take place provided there are at least two participants. If there is only one participant, the auction item will be sold at the starting price with a 5% surcharge.

The winner (sole participant) is obligated to pay the amount for the auction item, reimburse the expenses for the preparation of documentation, as well as the organization and conduct of the auction in accordance with the estimate (calculation) of actual costs within 10 business days.

Installment payment is possible by decision of the city executive committee, upon application in the established manner.
